Nicolas Neysen earned a Ph.D. in Management from Université catholique de Louvain (2009). His doctoral thesis was about the growth strategies implemented by online marketplaces. Among others, his work on group categorization on eBay has been published in Human Relations (2014). Between 2011 and 2017, Nicolas worked as a Strategy consultant for Accenture in Brussels and in Luxembourg. Mostly active in the banking and capital market industries, his missions were about strategic planning, digital transformation, operating model design and organizational change. During that time, he was also visiting lecturer at various business schools in France and in Belgium. Today, Nicolas is Digital Transformation Lead at HEC Management School (Liège University) and an Adjunct Professor at the Jack Welch College of Business (Sacred Heart University Luxembourg). In 2017, he published Stratégie des Organisations (DeBoeck Supérieur).
