During Friday’s session, Maxime Tecqmenne will analyse the interaction between Directive 2004/38 and Regulation 492/2011 with respect to the award of social benefits to Union migrant jobseekers in the light of recent ECJ judgments such as Alimanovic (C-67/14) and Jobcenter Krefeld (C-181/19).
